The random color-changing verification can be set to a set of 9 random numbers + color-changing verification code. The 9 random numbers on each label will randomly change the color of any one of the characters. The changed content will be displayed on the barcode or in the middle of the QR code, making it very easy for consumers to compare and identify!

This novel label format combines product traceability, authenticity verification, prize draws, and points accumulation into a single, tiny label. Most labels consist of two layers: a top layer and a backing layer. The OREO label, however, comprises three layers: a backing layer, a middle layer, and a top layer. Unlike other three-layer labels, its top layer has variable information printed on both sides, and this information is interconnected. After the brand company peels off the mixture of the middle and top layers and affixes it to the product, the variable information printed on the front of the label, such as a QR code, serial number, or random number, can be used for warehouse management, channel management, product traceability, and anti-counterfeiting measures. Once a consumer purchases the product, they can peel off the top layer and scan the QR code on the back with an internet-enabled mobile phone to verify product authenticity, accumulate points, or participate in prize draws. More importantly, the peeled top layer cannot be reattached to the middle layer label; this destructive method ensures the integrity of the product and guarantees that the consumer is verifying the product for the first time.

VP研發出以數位印刷機印刷像素最小單位的油墨補償技術，以及新的EncodeOptimized二維碼優化編碼技術。︒前者保證二維碼在數位印 刷極小尺寸時仍能識別，後者則讓同樣尺寸的二維碼包含更多的數據信息， 換句話說，同樣構成和長度的數據，二維碼尺寸可以做得更小。︒ 因為迷你型標籤多用DataMatrix碼製（簡稱DM碼），這裡就以DM碼為例，可以製作出小至1.25 x 1.25mm的包含5位英文 字母和數字混合的DM碼（600dpi打印分辨率下），並且可以用符合工業標準的二維碼掃描槍或特製識別儀器順利識別。

用數位印刷機的實際列印分辨率為基礎，以像素矩陣方式定製針對性的微縮字庫，然後導入VP變動數據軟體使用，使得最終在對應數位印刷機上列印出來的每個微縮字體的每個墨點就是該數位印刷機的1個像素點，以此實現微縮字體的最小化和筆劃的無重疊。 可變微縮字實際列印大小與數位印刷機分辨率和RIP技術相關，配合特定設備可實現最小0.25mm字體高度。本微縮字可同時實現CMYK和特別色支援，且可自行定義專用的微縮字體，增加防偽的效果。
